Ruth C. Mabou Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2023, at the age of 90, Ruth C. Mabou of Deville, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Oliver Mabou; her parents, Samuel Cole, Sr. and Angeline Cole; her siblings, Lionel Cole, Sherfield Cole, Willis Cole, Louella Mathews and Dora Yarbrough; her son-in-law Richard Johnson; and her grandson Richard T. Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Lyles (Ronald) and Bonnie Johnson; her siblings, Sam Cole, Jr. and Lois Juvrud (Jim); her grandchildren, Shelley Gildwarg, Todd Johnson, Abby Lemoine and Joel Lyles; and her great grandchildren, Austin Speer, Ty Lemoine, Layla Gildwarg and Tre Andrus. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
In lieu of Flowers memorials may be made to Longview Baptist Church, Building Fund.
