He is survived by: his wife Debbie Wages McNeely; his father Alvin McNeely, Jr.; his sons, Matt Douglas McNeely II (Denise) and Levi Brent McNeely (Amy); his brothers, Mickey McNeely (Gail) and Quinn McNeely (Lydia); his grandchildren, Ethan McNeely, Brittany McNeely, Kaitlin McNeely and Chandler McNeely; and his great grandchildren, Maeleigh Ducote and Liam Jax McNeely. He is also survived by 9 nieces, 4 nephews.
