He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Ann Lebert Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Kat Fowler of Vallejo, CA.; his father Bud Fowler; his stepmother Nell Fowler of Deville; his stepdaughter Bella Wyles of Vallejo, CA.; and his siblings, Edward Fowler of Baton Rouge, Tara Lee Jackson (Olcie) of Deville, Jeanine Ryder of Deville and Ann Marie Rachal (Sean) of Hineston.
