He is survived by: his wife Christine Gotts Hollingsworth; his sons, Gary Hollingsworth (Stephanie), Tony Hollingsworth and Kevin Hollingsworth (Sharon); his grandchildren, Olivia Perin (Blake), Rosalyn Hollingsworth, Emily Hollingsworth, Jacob Hollingsworth and Sean Hollingsworth; and his siblings, Sheryl Clarke and Michael Hollingsworth (Charlotte). He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, his numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
