He is survived by: his wife Wanda Paulk; his children, Marty Paulk (Karin) and Lori Combs (Bruce); his daughter-in-law Meloydee Paulk; his grandchildren, Courtney, Connor Combs, Marlee, Jacob, Mallori, John, Ariana and Davis Paulk; and his sister Joyce Paulk Licciardi. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
