He is survived by: his children, Ernest Belgard (Becky), Timothy Belgard (Tammy), Benny Belgard (Barbara), Dorothy B. McCann, Sheila B. Norris (Jerry) and Dywona B. Price (John). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
