She was predeceased by: her parents, Neuton Floyd and LouElla Aycock Floyd; her husband Louis Elbert Lucas; her siblings, Willis Floyd, Arveda Bordelon and Lovie McNeely; and her great grandchild Arron Blake Lucas.
She is survived by: her sons, Elbert Lee Lucas (Melba) and Claudell Lucas (Loraine); and her sister Shirby Gardner. She is also survived by four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.
