He is survived by: his girlfriend Haleigh Fore; his girlfriend's child Adyson of Deville; his parents, Kurt Nugent of Ball and Vivian Smith Nugent of Deville; his stepsiblings, Ryan Goleman (Sadie) of Ball, Landon Fowler of Ball, Destiny Powell (Chris) of Colfax and Haley Goleman (Jonathan) of Boyce; and his aunts and uncles, Greg Sanchez (Karen) of Pollock, Erwin Sanchez (Ashley) of Deville, Carrol Smith (Patricia) of Crossville, Tennessee, Susan Bordelon (Terry) of Alexandria and Tina Bennett (Greg) of Alexandria.
