It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Reed Vailes of Deville, Louisiana, who passed away on January 17, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jack R. Vailes; her granddaughter Jessica Otwell; her parents, Mansuel Reed and Vineter Wade Reed; and her siblings, Jack Reed and Maxine Reed Walters.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy Vailes (Cindy) and Michael Vailes (Johnnie); her granddaughters, Megan Otwell (Kyle), Katie Vailes Mallonee (Josh) and Kristen Vailes (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Madelyn Vizena, Cameron Vizena, Shawn Vailes, Isiah Vizena and Dayton Vizena; and her sister Joyce Reed McClellan (Bruce).
