He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Booth Cooper, Sr. and Mollie Holmes Cooper; his father-in-law Guy Barkdull, Sr.; his siblings-in-law, Mary Barkdull Sample Meir and Guy Barkdull, Jr.; his siblings, Mollie Sue Cooper Jones (Howard), Samuel Booth Cooper, Jr. (Rebecca), Matthew Lynn Cooper (Donna) and Denise Anne Cooper; his mother-in-law Mary Bordelon; and his brothers-in-law, John Patrick Barkdull (Debbie) and Ryan Michael Barkdull (Penny). He is also survived by his wife, parents, siblings, nieces, nephews.
Due to Covid restrictions, visitation will be come and go, so that all will have an opportunity to pay their respects. Social distancing and masks are required.
