He is survived by: his wife Guinell W. Smith; his son Kristopher Smith (Hope); his grandchildren, Kennon Smith, Kaden Smith, Katelyn Smith, Ali Richie', Destiny Smith and Braeden Smith; and his siblings, Terry Smith (Sandra), Kevin Smith (Wendy) and Betty Melenovich (Terry). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
