He is survived by: his wife Barbara Johns Parker; his children, Jeremiah Randal Johns (Lelia), Elizabeth Maye Parker and Emma Michele Parker; his parents, Dale Anthony "Tony" Parker, Sr. and Barbara Blair Parker; and his sister T. J. Norris (Cody). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
