He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl O'Sullivan and Ray O'Sullivan; and his stepdaughter Stephanie Britt Skidmore. He is survived by: his wife Linda Britt O'Sullivan; his children, Ria O'Sullivan (Martin Adam Eilers), Nicole O'Sullivan and Alexis O'Sullivan; and his grandchildren, McKinley Mitchell, Jackson Eilers, Madison Eilers, Kyleigh O'Sullivan, Kennedi Waguespack, Joseph Waguespack, Korie O'Sullivan, Noah Waguespack and Beck O'Sullivan.
