It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Frances Cornwell of Des Allemands, Louisiana, born in Leighton, Alabama, who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Murray "Charlie" Cornwell, Sr.; her children, Charles Murray "Peck" Cornwell, Jr., Billy Cornwell and Frances Ann Ponge; her parents, Lester Conley and Zora Conley; and her sister Imajean Musgrove.

She is survived by: her children, Grover Cornwell, Ben Cornwell, Margaret Tipton and Robert Cornwell; and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Carissa, Charles, Nicole, Shane, Travis, Benjamin, Blake, Brad, Brent, Brian, Terry, Tracey, Shae, Tosha, Jason, Wesley, Aaron and Lindsay. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
