With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brenda Joyce Savoie of Des Allemands, Louisiana, who passed away on January 9, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James L. Savoie; her parents, William Boyer and Pearl Dufrene Boyer; and her sister Donna Jane Boyer Grabert (late Russell). She is survived by: her daughters, Sophia Savoie Adams and Dawn Savoie Spahr; her sons-in-law, Kevin Joseph Adams and William F. Spahr III; her grandchildren, Kevin James Adams (Mary), Stephanie Ann Adams Whittymore (Gary), James Howell Spahr (Meghan) and Samantha Lynn Spahr (Justin Aubert); her great grandchildren, Laila Grace Adams, David Earl Watkins III, Bradley Whittymore, Christian Whittymore, Ira Aubert, Remi Aubert and Rex Spahr; and her sisters, Susan Boyer Randazzo (Joe) and Barbara Boyer Jones.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home (5101 Westbank Expy, Marrero, LA 70072). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
