He was predeceased by: his wife Therese Pendley; his son David Pendley; his daughter-in-law Kathy Pendley; his parents, Gilbert Pendley and Letha Pendley; and his sister Emma Baldwin.
He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Skinner (Richard); his sister Audrey Niccum of Sheridan, AR; his grandchildren, Alex Pendley, Chase Pendley, Rebekah Smith (Colton) and Rachel Dougharty (Jesse); and his great grandchildren, Emerson, Magnolia and Jameson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
