He is survived by: his son Carl Burk (Shelia); his siblings, Jerry Burk, Jimmy Burk and Vicky Haidle; his grandchildren, Diandra Scroggins, Treasure Chase, Morgan Rodrigue and Alex Goodman; his great grandchildren, Xander, Rowan, Amara, Abigail, Colson and Gunnar; and his caregiver Deborah Hanchey of DeRidder, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
