He is survived by: his wife Monika; his children, Matt and Kaitlyn; his brother Kenny Bradshaw of Texarkana, TX; his uncle C. J. "Mac" McCann of DeRidder; and his aunts, Sharon Dotson of DeRidder, LA and Winnie Welch of DeQueen, AR. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nieces & grand-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked donations be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
