Allen (Cheryl) and Barbara Allen (Charles Self); his aunt Gerri Allen; his nephews, Steven Allen, Nathan Allen and Thomas Allen; his godsons, John Robert and Richard Allen (Gwendolyn); his niece Theresa "Teri" Allen; his goddaughter Theresa "Teri" Allen; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alyssa, Delilah, Anabelle, Ian, Liam, Olivia, Elliott, Oliver and Madilyn.
