He is survived by: his wife Margie Kulaga of DeRidder, LA; his daughters, Darlene Maricle (Michael Lane), Tammy Aycock (Kevin), Sherri Johnson (James), Melanie Kulaga (Maria Coronado) and Michelle Cardy (David); his siblings, Mike Kulaga (Carla), David Kulaga of DeRidder, LA, Libby Cline (Donnie), Beverly Keel (Dale), Jo Lynn Kulaga of DeRidder, LA and Lanie Laughlin (Gerald); and his grandchildren, Blake Maricle, Taylor, Brittany Howell, Russell, Benjamin Cardy, Derek, Jessica Blankenbaker, John, Randall Aycock, Chelsea, Zachary Cardy, Camryn, Hannah Cardy, Lindsey Williams, Matthew, Wyatt Maricle, Molly Thompson, Dustin, Sarah Johnson and Melanie Cardy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
