She was predeceased by: her parents, John Procell and Elvie Procell; and her sister Elvie Ann Procell. She is survived by: her husband Robert Wayne Howell of DeRidder, LA; her children, Mike Howell (LeeAnn) and Taurie Howell Burnett (Russell); her grandson Austin Howell of DeRidder, LA; and her siblings, Lester Procell and Mattie Lorraine Procell of Zwolle, LA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
