Jacquelyn Harbison Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacquelyn Harbison of Deridder, Louisiana, who passed away on January 7, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Kathy McDonald; her parents, Jack Vernier and Leta Vernier; and her brothers, Bobby Vernier and Charles Vernier.
She is survived by: her husband Don Harbison of DeRidder, LA; her son Michael Harbison (Caimy); her brother John L. Vernier of Rosepine, LA; her grandchildren, Heather Dickson, Joe Tom, Karah Heinrich, Brett, Aaron Harbison and Adam Harbison; and her great grandchildren, Gage Dickson, Drew Dickson, Emmalynn Heinrich and Cayden Heinrich. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (2030 US-171, DeRidder, LA 70634). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jackie's memory to the Joe Joslin Scholarship Fund.
