It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Woolman of Deridder, Louisiana, born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, who passed away on September 18, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Woolman and Gladys Woolman; and his wife Barbara Woolman. He is survived by: his daughter Letitia Canty (Mike) of DeRidder; his grandsons, George Riggs of DeRidder and Steven Veron of Lumberton, TX; and his great grandchildren, Trevor Veron, Alex Veron and Kinley Riggs.
