She is survived by: her spouse Ralph Edward O'Neal; her children, Edward Neal O'Neal (Becky) and Martha Ann O'Neal (Leslie R. Leavoy, Jr.) of DeRidder; her grandchildren, Jacob Edward O'Neal, Colleen O'Neal Fletcher and Leslie Ann Leavoy Smith; her stepgrandson Crawford Daniel Leavoy; her great grandchildren, Ben, Owen Fletcher, Alexandra "Ali" and Chloe O'Neal; and her sister Edith Schuetz Walter of St. Louis, Missouri. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
