He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Miss Betty Ruth McGee; his wife Jacqueline Whitehead; his children, Shawn Whitehead (Dione) of Waco, Dunston Holmes (Dietea) of Lake Charles, Delrico Bethea (Miranda) of Arizona, Shantesa Archie of Killeen and LaSheena Freeman of Louisiana; and his godson Bryce McNair.
