He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Propst, and Anna Gail Hughes Propst, Sr.; and his half-siblings, Linda Pase and Jim L. Propst, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Abby Fontenot (Nick) of Ragley; his grandson Rhett Fontenot; his sisters, Brenda Sines of DeRidder, Debbie Paugh of Morgantown, WV and Barbara Propst of St. Clairsville, OH; and his aunt Betty Kelly of Mr. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
