He was predeceased by: his son Mark Jeffrey Corbett; his parents, Chesson Corbett and Clydell Mayes; his sister Barbara Corbett; and his brother-in-law David Williamson.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Corbett; his son Eddie Corbett, Jr. (Rene'e); his sisters, Evalina Cunningham, Pat of Mooringsport, LA and Nelda Faye Williamson of Merryville, LA; his grandchildren, Shelby Adams, Trent, Cheston Corbett, Brittney, Jayce Corbett, Jerra, Collin Corbett, Kaylee Corbett, Phillip and Clay Pickett; his great grandchildren, Annabelle, Waylon, Phoenix, Stella, Braxton and Winston; his pets, Jake and Patches; and his brothers, Jim Miers and Michael Burkes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
