She was predeceased by: her husband John Benjamin Price, Sr.; her children, John Benjamin Price, Jr., Sharon Mary and Karen Mary; her parents, Sebie Davis and Mary Ann Niehaus Davis; and her siblings, Douglas Louis Davis, Alvin Davis, Earl Davis, Hollis Davis and Evelyn Mathes.

She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Watson (Randy), Pam Gill (Ronnie), Jackie Stewart (Brian) and Jay Price (Lisa); her brother Leon "Rip" Davis (Gussie); her siblings-in-law, Betty Claire Rogers of Ponchatoula, LA, Wanda Davis of Ponchatoula, LA, William Mathes and Ralph Price; her grandchildren, Mary Gibbons, Jack, Mark Watson, Jennifer, Tiffany Rogers, Scott, Tyler Gill, Rachel, Victoria "Tori" Picou, Ronnie, Gage Stewart, Jacob Stewart, Sara Beth Stewart, Peyton Stewart, Aimee Price, Emelie Price and Kathryn "Katy Beth" Price; and her great grandchildren, Price Picou, Connor Rogers, Rhett Gill, Paisley Picou, Brooks Gill, Parker Gill and Athena Picou. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in Doris's name to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
