It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Mitchell Harper (Deridder, Louisiana), who passed away on December 22, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Harper and Della Harper (Cooley). He is survived by: his wife Katie Bennett Harper; his children, Jeffrey Arthur Harper (Bridget) and Dana Hebert (Kyle) of Lake Charles; his granddaughters, Donna Coker and Rhonda Isbell (Delbert) of Merryville; and his siblings, Barbara Morgan, Joyce Williamson (Boyd) of Lake Charles and Gary Harper (Barbara) of Dry Creek. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild, and a host of nieces; nephews; cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to offset funeral expenses.
