She was predeceased by: her former husband Benoit; her child Malley; her husband Young of Dry Creek; her sons, Roy Benoit and Pierre Benoit; her granddaughter Amber Borel; her son-in-law Barry Sullivan; and her parents, Charles Drastata and Rosie Drastata.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Benoit (Ann), Cynthia Jones (Rodney), Mary Voizin (Steve), Kathy Sullivan of Estero, FL, Andy Benoit (Peggy), Robert Benoit, Jr. of Savannah, GA and Tammy Wilber (Shane); and her daughters-in-law, Myra Benoit and Debbie Benoit. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Myers Colonial Funeral Home (3178 US-190, DeRidder, LA 70634). A rosary was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 12:10 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (1125 Blankenship Dr, DeRidder, LA 70634).
