She was predeceased by: her husband Doug Streams; her parents, Johnny Bell and Beulah Bell; and her siblings, Huey Shirley, Jackie Bell, Gerald Bell, Charles Bell, Marie Ragle, Lucille Taylor, Versie Bell, Marion Whittington and Pauline Ashworth.

She is survived by: her sons, Scott Streams (Melanie), Kenneth "Bubba" Streams (Tina), Allen Streams (Charlotte "Cookie") and Brad Streams (Terri); and her brother Donnis Bell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
