He is survived by: his daughter Shayla Phillips (Trevor); his granddaughter Ali Phillips; his siblings, Samuel Ashworth (Rose), Diane Remedies (Larry), Julie Stark (Steve) and Paula Rose; and his pets, Colin and Colis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
