It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherian Jones of Dequincy, Louisiana, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Hollis Allen Jones; her daughter Angie Mitchell; and her parents, Edward Leon Presnull and Rachel Ray Pratt. She is survived by: her children, James Russell Hardin (Robin), Larry Meredith (Noelle), Rachel Barks (Landon) and Erica Thompson (Casey); and her siblings, Jimmy Darrell Presnull (Sharon) of Cleveland, Texas, Connie Thibodeaux (Russell) of Wyoming and Mary Hightower (Sammy) of Arkansas. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
