She is survived by: her child Kerry Phillips (Tina) of Morgan Town, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Kory, Amber, Kili, Corben, Rahley, Reagan, Cade, Myka, Delvin, Jr., Trae and Ethan; and her friends, Susan Royer and Anita Fryar. She is also survived by Aunt Shelia to her nieces, nephews, neighbors and friends.
