It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sally Jean Perkins of Dequincy, Louisiana, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 30, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William Eugene Thomas; her grandson Dillon Perkins; and her brother Billy Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Shelton Monroe Perkins; her children, Craig Perkins (Billie Jean) and Stephanie Kay Perkins; her grandchildren, Brittiny, Bubby, Nicole, Leah, Lauren, Shelby, Sheldon, Ashlon and Oakley; her mother Phyllis Mae Howard; and her siblings, Kathy Quebe, Eva Caldwell, Patty Hutto, Elgin Thomas and Bobby Thomas. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
