He was predeceased by: his wife Elva G. Yates; his parents, Jasper G. Yates and Dorothy B. Yates; and his brother Kenneth Yates. He is survived by: his daughter Denise Damian; his grandsons, Danny Damian, Jr., Dylan Damian and Derek Damian; and his great grandchildren, Jordan, Taylan, Daklyn and Adylan Damian. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
