She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Moses and Annabelle Mathis Moses; and her niece Geri Ann Moses. She is survived by: her husband Josh Hart; her son Garrett Cooley (Brittany); her grandchildren, Creek Cooley and Kaiden McCrary; and her brothers, Paul Moses (Carolyn) and James Moses (Liz). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
