He was predeceased by: his father Billy Ray Smith. He is survived by: his wife Angela Marie Shelton; his children, Laci Fletcher (Scott), Hunter Smith, Cassidy Sweetmother and Barbara Smith; his grandson Ryker Fletcher; his niece Candace Youngblood (Jeffrey); his great-nephew Griffin Youngblood; his great-niece Caroline Youngblood; and his sister Pamela Smith (Ronnie). He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
