He is survived by: his children, Michael Ashworth (Stacy), April Hoyt (Jason) and Beau Allen Ashworth (Kelly); his parents, Louis Ashworth and Lucille Ashworth; and his siblings, Royce Ashworth, Louis Ashworth, Jr. (Shannon), Kathy Ashworth and Linda Ozan (Dennis). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
