She was predeceased by: her husband Everett Perkins; her parents, Gus Stanley and Dora Kingrey Stanley; her son-in-law James Parker; and her brothers, JD Stanley, Orville Stanley and Jabo Stanley.
She is survived by: her children, Anice LeGros (Eric), Brenda Parker and Robert "Rod" Perkins Sr. (Kathy); and her sister Asolete Burnitt. She is also survived by 8 grandsons; 24 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hargrove Pentecostal Church (1079 Fields Hwy, Dequincy, LA 70633). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Good Hope Cemetery.
