He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Johnson and Isabel Johnson; and his parents-in-law, John and Helen Carouthers. He is survived by: his significant other Janell Carouthers Johnson; his children, Rev Keith (Janice Johnson), Lisa (Brent Thompson) and Kimberly (Michael Haar); his sister Camay Creel; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Carouthers. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
