He is survived by: his wife Janis Smith Pickering; his son Trent Pickering; his grandchildren, Dillon Pickering (Teann), Darren Pickering, Slade Pickering and Brody Pickering; and his siblings, Keith Pickering and Cheryl Mitchell (Rodney). He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
