He was predeceased by: his mother Molly Elmore; his brother Dallen Elmore; and his aunt Wendy Smith. He is survived by: his father Dallas Elmore (Sally); his brother Dalten Elmore; his grandmother Stella Hickman; his uncle Wade Hickman (Ellen); his aunts, Deborah Sadler (Bill) and Judy Smith; and his cousins, Matthew, Josh, Shawn and Kristen. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles and a large extended family.
