We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2019, at the age of 93, Doyle Nathaniel Penton (Dequincy, Louisiana), born in Sweetwater, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Fay Penton; and his parents, Elton Doyle Penton and Ruth Irene Penton. He is survived by: his friend Dudley P. South; his grandchildren, Jack Penton, Michael Penton, Dr. Bethany Goldblum, Brooke Blackburn and Steve Blackburn (Marissa); and his great grandchildren, Talon Ashworth, Asher Blackburn, Baylor Blackburn, Ryley Blackburn, Kash Goldblum and Sage Goldblum.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Grace Church, Post Office Box 398, DeQuincy, Louisiana.
