She is survived by: her husband John B. Rankins Jr. of Dequincy; her daughter Charlcye Jeanise Rankins of Dequincy; her sisters, Clarece Ball of Houston and Minnie Frank of Dequincy; and her goddaughter Kristie Lynn Harris.
