We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2019, at the age of 70, Charles Morrow (Dequincy, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Dorothy Morrow; and his sister Shelia Melton. He is survived by: his wife Judy Morrow; and his children, Amber Hanlon (JohnJay), Anne Dixson (Steve), Tommy Outhouse (Cher) and Billy Outhouse (Yedrah). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
