He was predeceased by: his former wife Mollie "Billie" Streams Lee; his parents, Kenny Lee and Mertia Lee; and his brother Kenneth "Deet" Lee. He is survived by: his wife Vivian "Billie" Box Lee; his children, Connie Burgess, Donna Burch (John, Sr.), Arty Marcantel, Odelia Brown, Debbie Eygabroad (Tim), Marty Marcantel (Sherri), Joann Hughes (Jim) and Olan Marcantel; and his sisters, Jed Rushing and Bobbie Ann Barrow (Franklin). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren.
