He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Ceaser Ballou; his sons, Timothy Joseph Ballou Sr. (Dorothy) of Highlands, TX. and Travis Troy Ballou (Sylvia) of Cottonport, LA.; his siblings, Mary Nell Toussaint (Laymon) of Elton, LA., Loretha Pitts of Baltimore, MD., Leroy Ballou Sr. of Sulphur, LA. and Wilson Bellow (Emily) of Elton, LA.; his siblings-in-law, Lula Mae Handy (Eldridge) of Lake Charles, LA., Rena Sterling Sr. (Curtis) of Lake Charles, LA., Louana Brown (Charles) of Lake Charles, LA., Joann Delafosse of Eunice, LA. and James Ceaser (Linda) of Lake Charles, LA.; and his grandchildren, Keith Rigmaiden Sr., Nahkoma Doyle, Christopher Ballou, Tempetts Ballou, Timothy Ballou Jr., Loren Johnson, Terry Ballou Jr., Angelus Ballou, Jamericka Tillman, Tabatha Ballou, Katlyn Ballou and Rachael Ballou. He is also survived by great grandchildren, godchildren, other relatives and friends.
