It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Dunn (Denham Springs, Louisiana), born in DeQueen, Arkansas, who passed away on August 25, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Dunn and Madge Culp Dunn; his brother James Dunn; and his son Damon Andrew Dunn. He is survived by: his wife Paula Diane Bennett; his son Jaret Anthony (Lena); his grandchildren, Alma and Jakob; his brothers, Robert and Sam Michael Dunn; and his friends, Bill, Harmon Shirley, Rick Pevey, Tom E. Landry and Chad Gautreaux. He is also survived by his sons or for bass with his father and uncles.

“Dear family, It is with great sadness that I just learned of Bill’s passing. Although we drifted apart during these last 40 years, I always considered him to be a lifelong and true friend. I will always remember hunting trips with Bill in the woods of Mississippi and camping with Diane, Drew, and Jarret. I was blessed to have known this gentleman and quiet Vietnam War veteran.
