He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Gunter and Sara Belle Gunter; and his sons, Frank Gunter and James Robert Gunter. He is survived by: his children, Willard "Pat" Gunter (Dawn), Bubba Joe Gunter, Stanley Wayne Gunter, Sherrie Gunter, Bridget Decote, Raven Gunter and Kim Gunter. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
